Shipping Policy


Mywigsbox ships with UPS, US Postal Service (USPS) or International Post, and FedEx, but UPS is our preferred shipping vendor. Some orders are shipped in multiple parcels. We do not add additional fees to your order if we ship in multiple parcels.

  • We will ship to your billing address. The billing address is the address your bank has on file and the address to which your bank mails your monthly statements. Otherwise, if you make payment with PayPal, we will compare the shipping address with your PayPal confirmed information you supplied complete address information including a telephone number and the address can be verified (to deter credit card fraud and identity theft).
  • A signature is required for all UPS shipments upon receipt.
  • UPS is our preferred shipping vendor. US Postal Service (USPS) shipments cannot be reliably tracked online and may take longer to reach their destination. The process to file a claim for a mislaid parcel is also slower and more cumbersome with USPS than with UPS.
  • To avoid higher than normal shipping and duties charges, we will fill $10 for the Declared Value and fill Wig Sample for the Description of Goods in the waybill.
  • If your order contains an item that is not regularly stocked (usually is custom orders), you can choose to have it sent separately so the rest of your order is not delayed. If you do, and the item is priced below $500, it will be extra shipping fee, except it's Free Shipping item/date.
  • We offer "Drop-ship" service for you without any mywigsbox information when need us to ship to your customers directly.
  • Oversized items that don't fit Parcel Services standards will be shipped by sea, and we will call you to discuss about your delivery method.
  • Orders shipping to Brazil need to the Tax Number, so you must supply Tax Number when you place the order.
  • If an order is refused or returned to us due to inaccurate or incorrect address information or because it was declined or undeliverable, Mywigsbox reserves the right to retain the original shipping/handling fee and to charge the payment method originally used for costs we incur related to the return of the undeliverable packages or merchandise to us.
  • For security reason, we do NOT ship the products to another country when you place the order in this country.

Shipping Options

We work with multiple carriers to offer you different shipping options, but UPS is our preferred shipping vendor, you couldn't choose others in our shipping system at present.  Mostly we arrange the shipment with UPS, except when UPS couldn't reach your mail address.

UPS
  • Guaranteed delivery time.
  • A signature is required upon delivery. Packages can not be rerouted or picked up from UPS. Please make sure that someone will be at the shipping destination to receive the package and sign for it.
  • If you have a UPS account you can can supply us your account number and we could write in your waybill.
FedEx
  • A signature is required upon delivery. Packages can not be rerouted or picked up from FedEx. Please make sure that someone will be at the shipping destination to receive the package and sign for it.
  • If you have a FedEx account you can supply us your account number and we could write in your waybill.
US Postal Service (US only)
  • Shipments to U.S. sent via US Postal Service can take significantly longer than with UPS or FedEx to reach their destination and cannot be tracked.
International Post
  • Shipments to other countries sent via International Post can take significantly longer than with UPS or FedEx to reach their destination and cannot be tracked.

Destinations & Restrictions

We ship to:

  • Any residential address
  • Your place of business
  • Any US address
  • Almost Europe address
  • P.O. Boxes can only be delivered to via the US Postal Service or International Post.
  • We do not currently ship to military APO/FPO addresses.
  • Oversized items that don't fit Parcel Services standards will be shipped by sea, and we will call you to discuss about your delivery method.
  • Orders shipping to Brazil need to the Tax Number, so you must supply Tax Number when you place the order.
  • You can save and edit your shipping and billing address in the My Account section.

Delivery Times

At present, all the shipment is Standard Shipping Service. That means there is no Expedited Shipping Service. Generally speaking, UPS takes 3-5 working days for delivery.

  • To U.S., it takes 2-3 working days removed over weekend via UPS.
  • To French, Germany, etc., it takes 3-4 working days removed over weekend via UPS.
  • To U.K., Norway, Netherlands, Switzerland, etc., it takes 5-6 working days removed over weekend via UPS.
  • To other countries, it depends on local UPS office, so you could contact local UPS office to ask the delivery time.
  • To U.S. and Europe, it takes about 10-14 working days via USPS/EMS/Post Office.
  • Flight for U.S. is at 9:00pm CST from Monday thru Friday.
  • Flight for Europe is at 3:00am CST from Monday thru Friday.
  • We do NOT arrange the shipment in weekend.
  • Orders may be delivered in separate shipments.
  • The tracking number you receive from us in an Order Status email during the evening may not be updated on the carriers website until next morning. You may also track your order on our website (login not required).
  • Mywigsbox generally packs orders Sunday - Friday. However, orders packed by Mywigsbox on Sundays or Legal Holidays are not shipped until the following day. If you receive an email from us on a Sunday or Legal Holiday indicating that your order has shipped, please be aware that it will ship the next day.
  • Business days are defined as Monday through Saturday, except holidays.
  • Please NOTE: All orders are subject to approval by our verification department. We will notify you by phone or email should your order be delayed.

At present, we have only one default wrappage.

In the near future, we will offer multiple wrappage to satisfy different products and requirements.
