Returns & Exchanges Policies


When your package arrive, please check the items with your account order details. Click here to view your Order Status.

At Mywigsbox, our goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase. If, for whatever reason, you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you can return any unused or defective merchandise FREE to Mywigsbox within 48 hours of receipt of shipment, for a prompt refund or exchange. The only exception is personalized or custom made items, which has your tab in the products, such as wigs.

However, there are two situations have no returns and refunds:

  • Orders for samples are non-returnable and non-refundable.
  • Last Calls are non-exchangeable and non-returnable.

Please NOTE: The images in website are for your reference only. Different settings on individual monitors may distort or change colors, all kind prevail.

Please NOTE: In order to avoid defraud, once the package is picked up by carries, we have no responsibility to take charge of. So please track your package and keep an eye at it. However, we will be tracking the package all the time till it arrives and remind you when it arrives.

Exchanges Policy

Mywigsbox promise that if you are not satisfied with your purchase, we could provide FREE exchange service within 12 days of receipt of shipment., but the merchandise must be in new condition, unaltered, unworn, undamaged, lace or think skin uncut and with tags attached, in their original box, and must include all packing material.

If the exchanges merchandise have price difference, refund for any overpayment or a supplemental payment for any deficiency.

The following conditions do not apply for exchange:

  • Not Mywigsbox merchandise
  • Cut or wore merchandise
  • Merchandise abnormally use, store or maintenance

All the merchandise with bad hair quality, advance of shipping your returning we will apply for reimbursement based on the actual amount (the maximum reimbursement amount is $30).
All the merchandise purchase by accident or choose wrong color, the shipping fees of exchanges will borne by customer.

How to exchange an item?

1) Please contact our customer support team via Online Chat or e-mail to sales@mywigsbox.com, indicating your order number, a description or product number of the item you wish to exchange, the reason for exchange and new item you wish to exchange.

2) Based on the items being returned, we will communicate to you the exact price of the items being returned. We will email you the EMA (Exchange Merchandise Authorization) number and Return Shipping Authorization form.

3) Pack and send the items being returned. Make sure write your EMA number on the Package Label. And any other should I do when packing? Please click here to view more.

4) Within 5 working days of receipt of the shipment, we will check the returning item(s) and arrange the new shipment. If there is shipping fee reimbursement, we will refund to your next order.

Wrong or Missing Items

If you received the wrong item or an item you didn't order, please contact us to initiate a return. We will reward you a FREE SHIPPNG in your future orders.

How to return an item?

If you're missing an item, check the packing slip that was included with your shipment, and please compare with your order details in mywigsbox account.

Please contact us immediately. After we check and confirmation, we will communicate to you and arrange the missing items to you. In addition, we will provide you a discount to your next order.

Refunds Policy

As soon as accept your cancelling orders or returning items, we will arrange the refund at the condition of following rules:

  • To the items not been shipped, we refund within 3 working days.
  • To the returning item(s), we check and arrange the refunds within 5 working days of receipt of the shipment.
  • To PayPal customers, we refund to your mywigsbox credit account, or back to your PayPal account and inform of you via e-mail.
  • To the No-PayPal customers, we refund to your mywigsbox credit account. You could apply in your future orders.
  • If the order does be shipped, shipping fees will not be refunded.

Packing Your Returns

1) Download the Return Shipping Authorization form at the following (We generally send this form to you with your RPA Number, EMA Number or RMA Number). Our mail address is in Package Label at the bottom of form.

2) Please fill out the form of Return Shipping Authorization (instructions as shown below).

  1. The Order Number and Item Number you could get in your account. If there are more than two items for returning, please print more form. One item has one form.
  2. There are 7 reason codes: a) repairs, b) defective item, c) incorrect item, d) change size, e) changed my item, f) refund, g) other. Please choose a code. If no reason here, please explain your reason for returning.
  3. This number you could get from our staff when you contact us about your returning.

  1. When you choose repairs, please tick which options do you want us to do. And the total price of repairing, you could calculate yourself.
  2. Write which size you need to change. Don't know the size chart?
  3. Change another item: please tell us item number. But if there is price difference, refund for any overpayment or a supplemental payment for any deficiency.

3) Cut and tape the Package Label securely to the carton. Take care to make sure you can clearly read the address to which it will ship, and be sure to include the Number on the package.

4) Pack the form and the return/repair item(s) securely in the original shipping cartons, if possible, with the original hang tags attached. Of course, to the repair item(s), you could pack another carton.

5) Present the package to any carrier, take the package to any post office counter or drop the package at any authorized carrier outlet to have your return shipped to our P.R. China address provided.

6) After shipment, please send us the package tracking number as we could track and check.
