How do I reorder my wigs?
Reordering is easy! You can place a reorder through our Live Chat or E-mail. Tell us your last order number and which you change, then we will send you a proof.

How do you do such a great job?
We have wonderful, dedicated wigs who work very hard to provide the best possible service and products.

How long does it take to get my order?
If it's in-stock units, we will send you the as soon as we check your payment. If you choose the custom units, it needs production period, regular lead time or rush production time. See details about production period.
Once your products ship, it takes 2-3 business days depending on the ups.

Do you send samples?
Sorry, we do NOT offer sample order at present.

Do you send a proof for my custom orders?
Yes, we send a proof with your details. Once you place your order, you should receive your proof within the next 24 hours by e-mail. Please check it carefully and feedback. Then we will arrange the production.
