Cancel Or Change An Order


Cancellation Policy

Most orders you place on Mywigsbox enter the shipping process fast so we can get your items to you as soon as possible. Due to the speed of this transmission, we cannot always stop the shipment from being processed. However, if your order hasn't been shipped, you could cancel the order via our official e-mail: sales@mywigsbox.com. The refund of this order, please check our Refund Policy.

If your orders has been shipped, since orders in the shipping process cannot be modified, you should sign for first when the package arrives. Within 48 hours of receipt of shipment, please contact us.

Making Changes To Your Order

If you request to change the hair texture of an items on your order, Mywigsbox will attempt to change these items if your request is within one day of placing the order. If you request to change to another item, we will attempt to cancel this order and help place a new one.

Why Such A Strict Policy?

Simple. Your order is sent to the our production department as quickly as possible to ensure, prompt delivery. Once the order has packed and been picked up by carrier, it is very difficult to stop the shipment. For this reason Mywigsbox cannot guarantee the order will be cancelled. If the order does ship, shipping charges will not be refunded.
